BREAKING NEWS — PRIDE 2010.
Your Greater Cincinnati Gay Chamber of Commerce will be the organizer for Pride 2010. Bill Abney, President of the Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Greater Cincinnati announced this on Saturday, July 11. We, of the Gay Chamber, salute the Community Center for their many years of hard work, and greatly appreciate the passing of the "pride' torch to our organization!
Planning for Pride 2010 has begun and we are seeking volunteers. If you're interested in volunteering for one of the planning committees, please email George Crawford with "Pride Planning" in the subject line"

THE EQUINOX FESTIVAL, a weekend of community events, was a smashing success. A first-time gargantuan undertaking by a Gay Chamber subcommittee lead by George Crawford, the Equinox Festival was the weekend of July 4th, 2009. Promoted as a festival to bring people TO Cincinnati (as much as for Cincinnatians), Equinox brought hundreds of people together for a business preview party at "Hamburger Mary's", a music (and more!) festival on Fountain Square, and a mega-fun Ball (with a national profile DJ) at the Millennium Hotel.
